2023 RATE$
We provide clean fully equipped cabins with quiet surroundings and great hospitality for the prices below. The Lodge will be available for bookings from the may 24 weekend thru to end September. All Cabin rentals include use of Private Beach, common fire pit (wood is provided), dock, paddle boat, kayak and swim platform.
We have a 2 Night minimum from Opening day (May 24 weekend) to first week of july and from first week of september thru to close . We have a 7 Night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) during months of July and August.
We require 50% deposit upon booking and have a 30 day cancellation policy.
(Above in plain English…..50% down to hold your booking and if you cancel inside of 30 days you lose your deposit!) We will try to fill your spot but cannot make any promises. The more notice given then the better for you.
Our Pet Policy has changed as follows.
We no longer allow large dogs or any dogs that shed in our cabins. It has become an expensive decision for us over the years so we have decided to change our policy. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause for our repeat customers but the decision must be final.
We do allow small dogs under 20 pounds that are hypoallergenic . There will remain a $25.00 per day charge per dog. This is certainly cheaper than leaving them in a Kennel. Dogs will be on a leash when not supervised by their owner.
Owner is responsible for picking up after their pets. Please work with us on this as some folks are not pet owners. Respect is appreciated especially for the beach area and the children which love to play in the sand.
No Exceptions…. Period!!!
Our Cabin Policy’s are as follows.
All Cabins are NON- Smoking Cabins, Please smoke outside!! We charge an automatic $250.00 fee for anyone that does not respect our request.
Our Maximum occupancy rate per cottage will not be exceeded unless prior arrangements have been made with Caroline. See Max Persons below per cabin.
We provide customized package prices for each individual guest! Please call or write Caroline or Rusty for information.
This is our resident playground.
